DESCRIPTION:Designing through the Geometry comprises two series\, Jupiter Background in Black and Time\, by Argentinian artist Maria Santiago. Time is invisible. The Past-Present-Future is one with constant movement: yesterday\, today\, and tomorrow. Time transforms into small movements or changes. Time is magic. The artist focuses on color and time\, where everything is always moving and everything changes. However\, the background is completely quiet\, and the shapes are only inside the circle as time passes. This mixed-media show focuses on what it means to explore texture and bright colors against geometric shapes.

Expect nutrient‑dense\, culturally relevant\, all‑natural produce! \n\n\n\nDIRECTIONS: Once inside Watkins Regional Park\, follow signs for the Urban Farm Incubator and park inside the black deer fence. \n\n\n\nThe Urban Farm Incubator hosts ten beginner farm businesses growing vegetables\, fruit\, herbs\, and flowers. DESCRIPTION:Soak up the sounds of summer as local musicians bring the museum courtyard to life! Pack a picnic\, spread out on a blanket or lawn chair\, and enjoy great tunes and snappy beats. Rotating food trucks will be on-site with tasty bites for purchase. Sponsored in part by Riverdale Park Arts and the Field of Firsts Foundation. FREE! No registration required; includes museum admission. \n\n\n\nLaundry World is a rock and indie cover band based in College Park\, named after the Route 1 landmark laundromat of the same name. Since 2017\, the band has enjoyed entertaining local friends and crowds at Trolley Trail Days\, local Porchfests\, at College Park Day\, and at the inaugural Friday Night Live! concert at College Park‘s City Hall Plaza. From rock to country to funk\, you never know what you’re gonna get but you know it’s gonna be fun. \n\n\n\nRunway Rhythms concerts are rain or shine! If it rains\, we will move into the museum gallery.
