In this hour-and-a-half workshop, poet and yoga educator Yael Flusberg will guide students through breath work, poses, mindfulness techniques, and writing exercises to connect with our bodies, mind, and spirit. Participants should dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat, notebook, pen, and any other props they like (a blanket, blocks or a thick book, a strap).
